TAKE-A-LABEL TAL-250 Electric Label Dispenser (with Trip Wire)

The TAL-250 trip wire is a simple to use, heavy-duty label dispenser designed to give years of operation.  With a web capacity of up to 2.5", the TAL-250 is a great way to effectively and efficiently dispense labels.

The TAL-250 Electric Label Dispenser (with Trip Wire) is customizable with 4 different optional add-ons (descriptions listed below).

General Overview:

Using the 'standard' all steel and aluminum construction of the complete line, the Model TAL-250 provides the power and performance necessary for the most demanding applications.

Utilizing a vertical peel plate the operator can easily visually inspect the label prior to removal and in one swipe remove a label of up to 8".  No need to wait for the label to pass under peel bas.  The unit also features an adjustable unwind tensioning system to control the resistance applied to the supply roll of labels.

Optional Add-Ons:

• 18" Roll Adapter: use this if you are using a roll of labels that has up to an 18" diameter.  The base model has a maximum roll diameter of 12".

• Fan Fold Adapter: this adapter allows for use of fan folded labels.  This adapter can be taken on and off with the original setup.

• Heavy Duty Cooling Fan: this fan is mounted on the underside of the housing and is designed to run whenever the unit is "on."  The motor also still has its standard fan, but that only runs when the motor is going.  This add-on is ideal for hot work environments and/or for units that are planned to be in constant use.

• Label Counter: this add-on allows the user to have the labels used to be counted.
