Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy related to all Equipment, Machines, Tools & Parts:
There are no returns on parts for any tools, machines, or equipment.
It is the total responsibility of the end user to inspect and approve the purchase(s) upon arrival at the purchaser’s location.
If any discrepancies, defects, or damages are recognized, the bill of lading must be noted as so upon receipt. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to immediately address the issue by notifying the seller before placing the units in production.
Units that have been placed in production should be removed from production immediately if questions, comments, or concerns arise no longer than 24 hours upon receipt.
If there are no issues and units have already been placed in production the following applies:
All shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility - including outbound freight and return freight. We recommend that you get insurance through your logistics company to insure any further expenses due to damages upon the return.
- The item or items must be returned in the exact packaging as received.
- Pictures must be taken of the units in the state they are placed in their original boxes. Also, pictures of the completed skids to be returned must be sent to our email info@lamarpkg.com before return authorization can be given.
- Returns cannot have any blemishes, missing parts, or issues to prevent the item (or items) from being sold as new. This includes the return shipping damage that may occur, which would be the responsibility of the customer who is returning the units, not the seller.
The actual credit and amount of credit (if any) that is given is determined by the seller after the inspection of items being returned.
Note: Any units placed and left in production are disqualified from the above policy.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges and replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at (330) 334-6406 to receive a return authorization.

Returns
We back all products sold.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns subject to a 20% restocking charge.
If there is no defect, but you choose to return your item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be credited.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Custom-ordered items that have been ordered specifically for your application does not qualify for a return; unless it has been established that the error has been made on our part.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility - including outbound freight and return freight.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
