Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped prepaid via the best way, from point of origin, and charges will be invoiced accordingly. We ship out of Valley View, OH & Chicago, IL.
If you are located in a limited access location/facility (Park, Farm, Military, etc.), please specify at the time of placing your order. Additional charges may apply.
Special freight rates will apply where applicable.
We ship by the most economical method. We use UPS whenever possible. In many cases, local delivery charges apply. Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier. We use Worldwide Express Logistics for the most economical shipping method.
After placing your order, if shipping charges seem to be inaccurate please contact us immediately for alternate shipping methods.
Returns
Please contact us at (330) 334-6406 for return instructions. Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 10 days of purchase for credit. Customers will be responsible for freight charges on canceled orders.
