The Model TAL-5M is designed and manufactured by TAKE-A-LABEL, Inc.  Dispenser may be table top or wall mounted.  Constructed out of steel and aluminum for reliability.

The TAKE-A-LABEL Model TAL-5M using the 'standard' all steel construction of the complete line provides the performance necessary for the most demanding applications.  When no electricity is available, the TAL-5M will improve almost any label dispensing application.
